Privacy Policy

The short version: Unstuck has no account system, advertising, or analytics SDK. Your tasks live in a local database. When you ask Unstuck to break down a brain dump or a single task, that text and technical request data are processed by our Cloudflare Worker and Anthropic. Subscription status, device-integrity proofs and an encrypted backup you deliberately share also use external services.

What we store, and where

Your tasks, steps, routines, streaks, focus sessions, friction history and settings are stored in a local database on your device. There is no Unstuck account or automatic task sync.
Brain-dump or task text is sent over an encrypted connection to our Cloudflare Worker only when you request AI decomposition. The Worker forwards it to Anthropic's Claude API and returns the result. Fruhji does not write that text to its database, cache, quota store or application logs. Anthropic normally deletes commercial API inputs and outputs within 30 days; longer storage can apply where law, policy enforcement, a separate agreement or an explicitly used persistent feature requires it. Anthropic states that commercial API data is not used for model training by default.
Technical request data includes your IP address, a pseudonymous RevenueCat/App User ID, device-integrity identifiers and proofs, app/platform details, and daily quota counts. These data protect the service, verify Premium access and limit AI costs. Legacy KV quota counters expire after 48 hours; other integrity and abuse-prevention records are retained only for their security purpose. No task text is included in these records.
Purchases are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play and by RevenueCat, our subscription-management provider. RevenueCat processes a pseudonymous App User ID, products, transactions and entitlement status. Fruhji does not receive your payment-card details.

Encrypted backups

If you deliberately create a backup, Unstuck encrypts and authenticates your tasks and supported app data with your passphrase, reads the result back for verification, and opens the system share sheet. The temporary cache copy is deleted after the share sheet finishes. Fruhji does not receive the backup or passphrase; the destination you choose may retain the file after the app is deleted, and you must delete that external copy there.

What we do not do

No user accounts, no email collection, no contact upload.
No advertising, no ad identifiers, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
No sale or sharing of personal data with data brokers.

Notifications, microphone and widgets

Reminders are scheduled locally on your device; no push-notification server is involved. New installations hide task and routine text on the lock screen by default. You can deliberately enable the text in Privacy settings; existing installations preserve their previous visible-notification behavior until you change it.
Dictation uses your device's speech recognition. The microphone is only active while you dictate; audio is handled by Apple's or Google's speech services under their terms.
The home-screen widget reads your next step from local storage only. Because widgets are visible outside the app, their content can be seen by anyone who can view your home screen.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare (request processing, quotas and device-integrity routing), Anthropic (AI step generation), RevenueCat (subscription status), and Apple/Google (payments, device integrity, speech recognition and the share destination you select). Legal bases

Processing requested app functions and subscriptions is necessary to provide the service or perform the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Security, fraud prevention and proportionate quota controls are based on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Permissions such as microphone, notifications and file sharing are used only after your choice and can be withdrawn in system settings.

Your rights

You can delete local app data by deleting the app. This does not automatically delete an encrypted backup at a destination you selected, store purchase records, or provider-side technical records. For access, deletion or other requests under the GDPR (or other applicable privacy laws), contact us at unstuck@aiphotocleaner.app. You also have the right to complain to a competent data-protection authority.

Children

Unstuck is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country) and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If we change how data is handled, we will update this page and the "last updated" date below.

Terms of Use

Unstuck is offered under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) on iOS. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period and can be managed in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Unstuck is a self-organization tool. It provides educational content about ADHD but is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified health professional for medical questions.

Datenschutz: Unstuck hat kein Kontosystem, keine Werbung und kein Analyse-SDK. Aufgaben und Verlaufsdaten liegen lokal. Wenn du eine KI-Zerlegung ausdrücklich startest, gehen Brain-Dump- oder Aufgabentext, eine pseudonyme App-User-ID, Geräteintegritätsnachweise und technische Verbindungsdaten über Cloudflare an Anthropic; Fruhji speichert den Text nicht in Datenbank, Cache, Quoten oder App-Logs. Anthropic löscht kommerzielle API-Ein- und Ausgaben normalerweise innerhalb von 30 Tagen, mit den in seiner Richtlinie genannten Ausnahmen, und nutzt sie standardmäßig nicht zum Modelltraining. RevenueCat und Apple/Google verarbeiten Kauf- und Berechtigungsdaten. Ein von dir erstelltes Backup ist mit deiner Passphrase verschlüsselt und geht nur an das Ziel der System-Teilen-Funktion; dort kann es nach App-Löschung fortbestehen. Erinnerungen sind lokal, neue Installationen verbergen Aufgabeninhalt auf dem Sperrbildschirm standardmäßig. Diktat nutzt die System-Spracherkennung, das Widget lokale Daten. Nutzungsbedingungen: Es gilt die Standard-EULA von Apple (Link oben). Abos verlängern sich automatisch, sofern sie nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf gekündigt werden. Unstuck ist ein Selbstorganisations-Werkzeug mit Bildungsinhalten zu ADHS — kein Medizinprodukt und kein Ersatz für medizinischen Rat.
